- to Jenna Lerro '07, who has been selected as a recipient of the 2007 New Jersey Commissioner's Distinguished Student Teacher Award. She was one of three students nominated from TCNJ and is TCNJ's only recipient.
- to Tammy Tibbetts '07, who interned at Seventeen magazine during the summer of 2005, and for studying abroad at the University of Salamanca in Spain the following fall, having won the Glamour Ruth Whitney Scholarship. (Ruth Whitney was the former editor-in-chief of Glamour, an amazing lady and a legend in the women's magazine world. She won the scholarship through the New York Women in Communications, Inc.)
- to Jenna Dodenhoff '07 for
winning the Frederic Fadner Critical Essay Award for
her
submission to the Sigma Tau Delta Rectangle. - to Lauren Miskin '07, who is working with Dr. Venturo to have her paper, "A Greekly Perfect Heroine: James Joyce's Gerty MacDowell and Homer's Nausicaa" published in the Spring '06 edition of TCNJ's Journal of Student Scholarship. She will be attending Drew University for graduate school.
